Called the SCM Pro series, the software builds on Alphacam’s woodworking applications with new features designed to maximise the productivity of SCM’s range of routers, machining centres, panel sizing and moulding machines.
“The selection of Alphacam to develop software to complement the capabilities of our production equipment was a logical extension to an already strong relationship,” said Mike King, SCM sales director.
SCM ProDOOR, the first of the new series of SCM software applications, is already available and further members of the SCM Pro series are in development – with modules geared to the production of windows, doors, stairs and cabinets scheduled for release over the coming months.
