A three-storey residential development in the grounds of 18th century Wardour Court, Tisbury, has been supplied with timber windows and doors protected by Akzo Nobel‘s Sikkens Rubbol wood finish.
The 215 windows and 29 doorsets, made by Christchurch-based Boyland Joinery, were factory finished using Sikkens Rubbol WF370 in white satin.
Akzo Nobel says the waterborne finish offers health and safety advantages for builders, plus quicker drying time and lower solvent and odour emissions than comparable solvent-based alternatives.
