Akzo Nobel‘s range of coatings have been used on Swedish redwood windows from Whitaker & Co being installed at a new residential development near Coulsdon, Surrey. Water-based opaque products from the Sikkens range and products from the Akzo Nobel high performance joinery coatings were used at the Netherne-on-the-Hill mixed development of Georgian, Victorian and farmhouse-style dwellings. The water-borne coatings dry faster and have lower odour and solvent emissions than solvent-based formulations.
