The restructuring of ACM Wood Chemicals Group is now complete.
Thessaloniki-based Chimar Hellas AS has been created from the merging of the Greece-based companies of the ACM group, Ari – ACM group’s R&D company, Marlit and Delmar.
The new company has retained all intellectual property, technology rights and the R&D facilities of ACM. It will operate in the same business areas as before except for the manufacturing units which are now licensees of Chimar Hellas SA.
The previous licensees of ACM group have been retained, ensuring the use of a well-proven technology for resin and additives production, and personnel have also been kept on to ensure continuation of both service and R&D.
