International Timber took a slot on the stand of Accoya producer Accsys to promote its new range of laminated window and door components faced with the modified timber.
The products have been developed in co-operation with Accsys and NFP Europe.
Accoya is laminated to the external weather face of engineered redwood sections to create a finished product with a Class 1 durability rating and, said International Timber managing director Tony Miles, one that is competitively priced due to the relative quantities of modified timber and softwood. The components are also UV, rot and insect resistant, he added.
