Wood Preservers Consultancy is suing NGO the World Islamic Call Society, which oversaw the mosque construction, for about US$17,000. The company is also seeking damages for loss of business and inconvenience caused by the alleged non-payment.
WICS denies the claim.
The construction of the mosque was paid for by the Libyan government.
The Commercial Court is expected to resolve the case.
