That Cowley Structural Timberwork is being wound up is very sad news indeed for the wood industry. Gordon and his team have produced some outstanding, innovative and awe-inspiring examples of the timber engineers ‘art’; they will be sorely missed. With the renewed interest in wood and the optimism resulting from the wood. for good campaign it is disappointing that there was no-one confident enough to want to capitalise on, as a going concern, the expertise and knowledge at the heart of the Cowley former success.
But, soldier on we must! I, and others, have for years forwarded enquiries for timber structures to Cowley Structural Timberwork. I would welcome a call from companies who would like to receive these enquiries in the future.
