Ben Sharples previously worked for the NHBC. He joined the organisation in 2005 as an energy assessor, later becoming a sustainable building inspector – one of four in the UK. He accredited sustainable testing on new build homes and was also the department representative for advice on Code for Sustainable Homes.

Neil Louison joins BM TRADA as a trainee. For the past three years he was a lab technician with Parker Chomerics, a manufacturer of motion and control technology systems.

The new appointments take the number of BM TRADA’s consultants to 10.
