The company, which has a UK terminal at Royal Dock in Bristol and an office in Oxford, was acquired by investment company Kelso last year and has a new chief executive, Kevin Edgson, who has launched the review.
Mike McDonald, general manager of Eacom’s UK business, told TTJ that the company was looking at all operations and distribution sites globally in the review.
"We are looking at the ways we do things in the UK and whether that’s the right thing for the UK and whether we change it," he said.
He said customers had been told that certain parts of Eacom’s range might not be available in the future.
But he emphasised that Eacom intended to continue supplying the UK and work with the Port of Bristol.
