Volumetric timber modules have been used to build this crescent-shaped apartment block adjacent to Leeds’ busy ring road. The Joseph Rowntree Foundation development, designed to supply affordable city centre housing for single people, provides for 45 two-bedroom homes. The modules have been finished with red and grey timber cladding treated with Akzo Nobel Woodcare’s Sadolin range.
