The Locke de Santa Joana, designed by the renowned architect Lazaro Rosa-Violan and Post Company, transforms what was once a 17th-century convent into a modern space with 370 apartments, co-working areas, restaurants, and bar spaces.
Spanning approximately 8,300m2, Atkinson & Kirby’s CLA3004 Carron Oak flooring was chosen for installation throughout the complex. This selection played a crucial role in realising the designer’s vision, with the natural tones of the flooring “infusing the space with a gentle warmth, while its sleek and modern appearance lends a timeless elegance to the overall design”.
