The branch in Sutton Fields Industrial Estate, Hull has opened due to increasing levels of business on the north side of the Humber.
Hull is the first of five new regional branches with four more in the planning stage over the next five years, as part of BMCO’s company’s strategic plan.
“Our Hull branch and further outlets will offer our customers the ‘Aldi’ effect, stocking what customers buy on a day-to-day basis, with specials coming from the ‘mothership,’” said the company.
The Scunthorpe ‘mothership’ stocks a large range of products on a four-acre site and will support the new satellite depots.
