Striking interior doors with an unusual high gloss finish have been made by Leeds-based Spa Laminates as part of the refurbishment of a £1.35m Grade II listed London apartment.
The company made several doors for the two-bedroom Kensington flat using polished ebony macassar veneers, including £4,000 glazed reception doors standing nearly three metres tall.
Spa, chosen by designer Orla Collins from Purple Design, also made panelling for the apartment which features solid wenge flooring.
