A deal has been struck between two hardwood importers resulting in the business of Middlesex-based Smart and Emanuel being transferred to Hardwood Dimensions Ltd.
Smart & Emanuel proprietor John Kent will continue to operate a south-east sales office for a minimum of 12 months but company stocks have been transferred to Hardwood Dimensions’ Trafford Park warehouse in Manchester.
Sales and admininstration will also be based at Trafford Park.
