Ms Eriksson has worked in market research and insight since 2003, and has joined MRA from a market research agency that specialises in the construction and home improvement sectors. In her most recent role she was responsible for driving research growth and revenue through marketing, lead generation, PR and strategic partnerships.
Ms Eriksson also has over five years’ experience of managing and delivering market research projects and researching, writing and editing market reports and articles.
MRA set up and has been managing the award-winning monthly Builders Merchant Building Index (BMBI) report since 2015 in partnership with GfK and the Builders Merchants Federation. It contributes a monthly column to TTJ.
