Paul O’Connor, a carpenter with Ronnoco Building Services in Barnet, has been named Britain’s top tradesman in a competition sponsored by Budget Van Insurance. He wins £2,000 cash and the title of Tradesman of the Year.
Mr O’Connor was chosen from total of 600 entrants. The runners-up were Donna Still, a decorator from Orpington, and Roy Sharman, a carpenter also from Orpington.
