A complex self-build scheme in Sheffield used Trus Joist SilentFloor I-joists supplied by Arnold Laver Timber World‘s Engineered Products Division.
The house, with an 80m² basement area, was constructed using the BECO Wallform permanent insulated formwork wall system and Arnold Laver had to design a SilentFloor flooring and roofing system that was compatible.
