Saw doctoring company The Woods Group of Bolton has installed a Walter Helitronic power regrinder at its Bolton base.
The five axis CNC machine – which accommodates rotating tools 400mm long and 320mm in diameter, or 390mm for face grinding – will complement a range of machine tools used by group companies R Denton Saw Doctors and Reldon Precision Tooling.
The machine boasts the user-friendly WWM Walter Window Mode Control system offering operator guidance via a 15in colour monitor.
