Veneered door manufacturer Hazlin Ludlow Ltd has purchased and installed a Hymmen ProfiCoater at its new factory.
Hazlin’s managing director Chris Jones saw the machine at Woodmex 2000 and, after trials, bought it for a large production project demanding ‘a good base coat and deep polish.’
A Hymmen SiegelCoater has also been added and is used when high build or gap filling of difficult veneers is required.
Machine manufacturer Hymmen-Miller Ltd says its system gives up to 70% savings in lacquer usage, rapid curing times and uses small amounts of space and power.
The ProfiCoater retails at a starting price of £45,000.
