Timtec International Ltd has won a £500,000 contract to supply joinery to the new Belfast courthouse.
The contract, placed by main contractor for the project Karl Northern, involves the design, manufacture and installation of fixed and flexible courthouse fittings and furniture.
These include all wall panelling, fixed desking and court benching and a range of demountable timber furniture including leather inlaid hardwood desks.
Construction of all specialist joinery for the contract will be carried out at Timtec’s site at Alfreton, Derbyshire.
