Scottish furniture manufacturer Joinery and Timber Creations (JTC) has leased additional premises to allow for expansion after securing contracts worth more than £3m in the healthcare and accommodation sectors. Recently-won business includes supply and fit furniture contracts for new hospitals in Bromley and Hull.
JTC has its main base in Dundee but also has an operation south of the border in Wakefield. The business turned over approaching £11m last year but there are hopes of increasing this figure to around £15m in 2002.
