The demolition of Travis Perkins‘ former branch in Orleton Lane, Wellington, has signalled the start of a timber frame home development on the site.
The £2.14m project is a joint initiative between social housing provider Partnerships First, the Housing Corporation and Bromford Housing Group. A total of 28 homes will be completed by next spring.
