Window fabricator John Moore will be jetting off on a £2,000 holiday after winning the GU Ferco Flyaway holiday competition.
Mr Moore, who works at Window Distribution in Molton, West Yorkshire, entered the competition on the Glassex 2001 stand of window fabrication machinery specialist GU Ferco. Entrants were offered a free GU T-shirt and invited to send in a photo of themselves wearing it in an unusual location.
Mr Moore’s winning photo showed him wearing his T-shirt on the winners’ podium at the French Kart 250cc Championship. Steve Mason, GU Ferco’s technical development manager, presented his £2,000 holiday vouchers.
