Stora Enso has been named as a leader in environmental management by the European Commission.
It is one of 15 organisations commended by the European Commission as examples of best practice in implementing the EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS).
The company made an early commitment to EMAS which is seen as a tool for continuous improvement in environmental performance.
