wood. for good has linked up with DIY retailer Wickes to stage a summer competition aimed at driving awareness of wood.

The competition, which has a top prize of £10,000, went live this month and encourages Wickes customers to create interesting DIY wood-related projects using in-store timber.

DIY enthusiasts can pick up an entry form at any of the 136 Wickes stores nationwide and they have until August 31 to send in details of their completed projects. The company’s product booklet also publicises the competition.
