Heiton Group plc has appointed John Gains as a non-executive director.
Mr Gains is group chief executive of John Mowlem & Company plc and president of the Construction Federation.
Since becoming CEO in 1995, Mr Gains has overseen Mowlem’s transition from a building and civil engineering contractor to a leading international construction and support services group with 20,000 employees and an annual turnover of £16bn.
Heiton Group chairman Richard Keatinge said that Mr Gains’s input would be invaluable to the development of the company’s UK business.
