US hardwood production and export company Rossi American Hardwoods (RAH) has bought the Graham Lumber Company in Tennessee and Legacy Lumber in Pennsylvania.
Chairman of the board and chief executive officer Ted Rossi said the recent division of the family company, coupled with the acquisitions, enables RAH to take advantage of an expanded worldwide marketing network.
With the division, four northern companies – Plumly Lumber, Northern Lumber, Mallery Lumber and Emporium Hardwoods – are operating as a separate company, Rossi Wood Products, sharing Rossi Group marketing and trading facilities.
The company now operates in 12 US states and RAH, which recently opened a third office in China, has further plans for expansion worldwide.
