As part of its devolution review, the Forestry Commission has appointed new directors for England, Scotland and Wales.

Dr Bob McIntosh, commissioner for Scotland, joined the Forestry Commission in 1973 and became chief executive of Forest Enterprise in 1997.

Paul Hill-Tout, commissioner for England, joined the FC in 1980 and was appointed chief conservator for England in 2000.

Simon Hewitt, commission for Wales, joined the FC in 1976 and became chief conservator for Wales in 1996.

Dr Victoria Edwards, Andrew Raven and Gareth Wardell have been reappointed as non-executive commissioners of the Forestry Commission.
