Furniture fittings manufacturer Blum (UK) Ltd is helping kitchen makers open up a “new range of storage possibilities” to their customers.

Blum’s “Retailer Courses”, for manufacturers who use its fittings, demonstrate the benefits of showing customers a range of storage solutions in showrooms, rather than just plain drawers and fixed shelves.

It also advocates realistically propping and stocking the cabinets so clients can relate to real life.

The company claims the courses, held by distribution manager David Sanders inside a “working showroom” at Blum’s Milton Keynes headquarters, have had an “immediate impact” with positive feedback from retailers who have implemented the strategy in their own showrooms.
