Silvanus Trust, the charity which specialises in the regeneration of woodlands and helps create new jobs in the timber industry, is to sell its trading subsidiary, Silvanus Services.
Three of the current directors – David Adam, Peter Solly and Liz Allin – are buying in to the Launceston-based business which has a turnover of around £2m and employs 25 full time staff.
