Wrexham-based AE Evans Ltd has revised its board of directors.
George Conway is now managing director, Malcolm Williams is operations director and Chris Seager is financial director.
Company owner Tim Evans said: “Having now created the foundations for our future and achieving a significant improvement in company performance, these changes confirm our confidence and commitment to enhance our position in our areas of business involvement – landscape and fencing products and playground equipment.”
