Gerry O’Hagan, former technical director of carbide tool and CNC tool grinding machine manufacturer Walter GB, has been appointed managing director. He joined the company in 1987.
The technical role has been taken over by Steve Kirk and Nick Welsman, milling and trning product managers, respectively.
The new appointments coincide with Walter‘s launch of the Xtra-tec range of high-performance tooling – a major component in the company’s plan to double its tooling sales over the next five years.
