Bendy MDF from Neat Concepts is taking centre stage in the refurbishment of an IT firm’s hi-tech offices.

The company’s Neatform product was used by SRS Joinery of High Wycombe to make the avant garde curved reception desks at Advanced Risk Management’s Cambridge headquarters.

The components for the desks were made on SRS’s CNC machining centre. For one, Zebrano veneer was cold pressed onto 6mm cross-cut Neatform, then sanded and trimmed before application to two more layers of the Neat Concept material that were already fitted to the desk structure.

The second desk was sprayed in Zolatone, a special paint from the US.

The total refurbishment contract was worth £300,000 to SRS.
