A C$200m board mill is to be built at Fort St John, British Columbia in a joint venture between Slocan Forest Products Ltd and Louisiana-Pacific Corp.
The OSB plant is forecast to produce 820 million ft2 of panels a year. Construction will start this spring and completion is expected in late 2005.
