Nexfor Ltd’s Sterling OSB 3 has been used in the construction of a green lakeside residence in a “lost” Victorian garden on the Isle of Wight.
The building, designed by ecological architectural practice Constructive Individuals, will provide a temporary home for Stephen and Phillippa Lambert while they restore the overgrown walled garden of Old Park mansion near Ventnor.
Nexfor provided a free supply of Sterling OSB 3 for the project – 130 sheets of 18mm tongue and groove 2400x600mm flooring, plus two dozen 2400x1200mm boards to sheath and brace some trusses in the roof structure.
