Housebuilder 4 Site Homes (SE) Ltd has opted for Masonite Beams for all its timber floor applications.
The company, which successfully piloted the beams at housing projects in Kent and East Sussex, said dimensional stability and clear span capability made engineered beams a natural choice. The product was used on 4 Site Homes’ lastest site in Bromley.
The beams, Panelam and Cullen hangers are being supplied direct to site from Masonite Beams (UK) Ltd’s base in Longfield, Kent.
