Primer Mould manufacturer W Howard Ltd has created a new sales support team to increase order processing efficiency and give greater individual service to its customers.
Reporting to the UK business development manager Ced Piper, Claire Griffiths has been appointed as sales office manager with overall responsibility for the internal sales operation. Personal handling of customer orders and enquiries will be provided by sales co-ordinators Elaine Brown, Emma Sherrington and Michaela Black.
“The new internal sales team will give customers large and small a valuable added point of contact to support their business, available direct every working day,” said managing director Jonathan Grant.
