Sash window renovation and maintenance company Ventrolla is top of the class as far as many schools, colleges and universities based in traditional buildings are concerned.
The company’s ability to extend the life of existing windows and improve energy efficiency and noise reduction while retaining the original style has won it a significant number of contracts in the education sector.
Ventrolla Midlands recently upgraded 50 traditional sash windows at Spratton Hall School, a Grade II listed building. The school’s bursar said it was decided not to replace the windows, which were very old, but to repair and upgrade them from a very dilapidated state.
He said one of the most immdiate benefits was that the windows could now be opened and closed easily.
