The John Brash Group has achieved Investors in People status across its three companies.
John Brash & Company Ltd, HLD and Archadeck, all based at Gainsborough, met the standard following an 18-month overhaul of employee briefing programmes and performance appraisal systems.
The standard is designed to improve performance through staff development, linked to business objectives.
