Reflecting the rapid growth in its chain of custody certification business, BM TRADA Certification has promoted Cathryn Cooper to the new position of senior client manager.

Working closely with head of chain of custody operations Alasdair McGregor, Ms Cooper will take on responsibility for the management of the three schemes offered by BM TRADA and for key client accounts.

Ms Cooper joined BM TRADA from the furniture industry six years ago with a background in production management. Since then she has gained

qualifications in, and is registered as a lead auditor, for ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety Specifications.

The chain of custody schemes offered by BM TRADA include Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) and its own generic Forest Products Certification Scheme.
