Selco‘s new Enfield branch has broken a company sales record in its first two weeks of trading.
The branch, which opened in July, beat the previous sales record for a new branch’s first two weeks of trading held by the West Gate branch at Hanger Lane.
Birmingham-based Selco said the success underlines its strength in Greater London and the company’s commitment to providing the trade with a good range and quality of stock and high customer service levels.
Malcolm Aldridge, Selco’s managing director, said: “Retail business disciplines have been combined with certain facets of traditional merchanting to create an environment in which the tradesman is comfortable.”
