Kundig Ltd says its newly-established UK dealer network is leading to greater customer awareness of the company’s machinery range.
The Burscough-based wide-belt and edge-sanding specialist has reported steadily improving sales since restructuring its UK operations about six months ago.
Carl O’Meara of J&C O’Meara Ltd, who leads up the Kundig sales drive, said: “We’re selling a lot more, things are buoyant out there.”
He said the network of six regional dealers was giving the Kundig name a bigger audience than it managed when having just a single source for sales, with dealers promoting the range to their existing customers.
Mr O’Meara said the quality of sales had also improved, with Kundig supplying units for lacquer finishing and finishing of real wood veneered panels.
