Christine Higgs has joined MDF mouldings manufacturer W Howard Ltd in the role of finance controller.
Born in Paris of British and French parents, Ms Higgs trained in the UK as a chartered accountant and worked with Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young before spending the last 15 years as finance director in the manufacturing sector.
“With my strong experience of SMEs I can give the benefit of ensuring a targeted and structured approach to future growth – and if the market continues as it is, seeing sales reach even greater levels than the last two record years,” said Ms Higgs.
