Architects RHWL specified 2,000m2 of Junckers’ solid Jatoba WideBoard flooring for offices, corridors, walkways and conference areas in the main office block of the Gogaburn HQ near Edinburgh.
Around 280m2 of solid oak was supplied in a bar bistro area, while 340m2 of beech was installed in the fitness club.
Junckers had to demonstrate sustainability credentials for all its floors to meet the project’s environmental requirements.
The 100-acre Gogaburn HQ houses more than 3,000 workers and includes a covered retail street, plus transport links, a nursery, health, leisure and conference facilities.
