Veneer director, Phil Hall, has completed 20 years of service with Lawcris Panel Products.
Starting as a Saturday warehouse helper at the tender age of 16, Mr Hall later joined the company full time and became a van driver.
After a business studies course at Leeds Business School, a series of promotions followed and he became veneer director in 1998.
