A customer on the Mediterranean island put out an SOS call after discovering that certain sizes of deckboards could not be sourced locally.
BSW Timber and West Yorkshire-based Kinsley Timber Supplies came to the rescue and are sending out almost 14m2 of the Timeless Timber deckboards.
“With the hot Mediterranean sun, quality timber decking is crucial for homeowners,” said Bryan Crennell, marketing director at BSW Timber.
The order was Kinsley Timber Supplies’ first from Cyprus, although it has received requests from Bulgaria, France and Spain in the past.
“Timeless Timber was the first supplier to ever provide us with training. This has ultimately enhanced our relationship with customers, It’s a real partnership,” added company director John Sherry.
