Martin Augier and brother Simon have turned a former car dealership site into a development of seven three- and four-bedroom homes overlooking the city.
The first-time developers wanted a balustrading system for the staircases and top-storey living areas to complement the contemporary look, and chose Richard Burbidge’s Fusion system.
The Augier brothers specified Fusion stair balustrading with pine components and chrome balusters and connectors.
And, according to Claire Dowdall, stairparts product manager for Richard Burbidge, Fusion has made an important contribution to the design of the properties, as well as time and labour savings.
