The employees completed work-based learning courses undertaken with West Suffolk College.

Fourteen manufacturing staff achieved an NVQ in business improvement techniques, nine at NVQ Level 2 and five at Level 3. Three office staff took part in an NVQ Level 2 course in customer service, learning skills in developing customer relationships, resolving problems and supporting improvements.
