“Our high expectations have been exceeded with this result,” said Norbert Bargmann, trade fair managing director.

“The positive atmosphere during the five trade fair days was especially impressive. The atmosphere reminded one of the high spirits during the World Cup. As a result, Interforst has substantiated its top position among the leading trade fairs of international forestry,” he added.

In a survey, 85% of exhibitors assessed the current situation of the industry as “excellent to good” – an opinion only 34% held four years ago.

That feeling was echoed by the visitors – 70% of those surveyed evaluated the industry situation as “excellent to good” compared to only 32% four years ago.
