UPM Tilhill was awarded the contract to remove the rhododendrons on land between Borrodale and Beasdale Halt in the Western Highlands.

The clearance has already resulted in native woodland tree seedlings beginning to grow.

UPM Tilhill will now embark on a three-year maintenance programme.
